2016 Dry Rosé
Made from 100% hand selected Cabernet Franc grapes grown in our own small vineyard on the western shore of Cayuga Lake. The juice was “bled” off from the must destined for the red Cabernet Franc fermentations (saignee method). It was bottled unfined and sterile filtered yielding a wine that is crisp and light to medium bodied, with enticing red berry and citrus notes.
